100% Arbequina Olive
The new harvest olive oil is now is stock.
In 2015, we decided to transform the cultivation of olive trees into organic to improve the quality of the land and the final products. Therefore, our olive oil currently comes from 5ha of century- old organically farmed olive trees located mostly at the foot of La Tossa mountain, in Santa Margarida de Montbui, Anoia region, Barcelona.
Early harvest oil
We call the first oil of the season, pressed in the mill and unfiltered, "early harvest oil". Available at the end of November and until January. It comes from early and fresh olives of the Arbequina variety. The fact that it is not filtered means that it retains small volatile particles of the olive and that it has a more intense taste and texture and is much more opaque in color. Over time, these microparticles end up being deposited at the bottom of the container in the form of sediment. That is why it is recommended to consume it as soon as possible.
